We undertake a wide range of consultancy services, details of which can be found later in this website. These include the design of building services as well as surveys, energy advice, cost control, EPC  certification and expert witness services. Our involvement on each project covers work from inception through to completion and beyond.

We are a firm of Building Services Consulting Engineers, set up in 1999 by the proprietor, Terry Gilfillan to undertake all levels of mechanical and electrical building services design and surveying. Based in Leeds, we have a wealth of experience in virtually all building services disciplines.

We are committed to providing a first class service to all of our clients, manifesting itself in an open working relationship and attention to detail, from conception to completion and beyond.

We believe building services should be designed to be user friendly, suitable for the application and efficient to run. Complex solutions to the sustainability issue abound in our industry, sometimes with little regard to the practicalities of service life and maintainability. We believe that all of these factors are important when advising clients on how best to invest their money. Therefore we strive to produce innovative solutions without unnecessary and often expensive complications.
